Q·sige web appointment system is responsive. It allows user to make an appointment before arriving the meeting place.

• User identification required. Identity Card and phone number (optional). Identification can be done by Passport as well.
• If you already have a prior appointment you can check it or cancel it.
• You can choose office for the appointment and service required.
• Possibility to add any comment to your appointment.
• Confirmation and printing of the receipt.
• In the confirmation e-mail sent to the user, in addition to the appointment (day, time and centre) a QR code and a link is given to confirm appointment at arrival in the office without the need to touch the dispenser screen.
• Reminder through SMS or e-mail
• Possibility to confirm the appointment upon arrival in the office on appointment day in any dispenser (by QR code or on the dispenser screen) or assisted point as well as from your mobile phone by a link sent to your appointment confirmation e-mail.
