Q·sige web appointment system allows customer to schedule appointments prior to visit. Automatic confirmation is sent by e-mail and later, a reminder is sent the day before the visit by SMS.
Additional modules are available as:
- Agent appointment system: It allows prior appointment with a specific manager or agent.
- Service appointment system: It allows to make prior appointment for a specific service.
- Appointment for today: It allows to select an appointment for the same day up to two hours in advance before the visit.
- Call centre appointment: Prior appointment by phone, no internet access required.
- Queues current status: It allows to know the current status of each of the queues.
